Description
"This
indicator by Cliff Fiess measures Trend Quality. It can range between -100 and +100. The more retracement or overlap of bars in the price series the more the indicator will gravitate toward zero. High readings indicate a high quality uptrend and low readings indicate a high quality downtrend. Quality is defined as a steady uptrend or downtrend with minimal retracements. This indicator does not measure the strength of a trend."
