Timid/Bold Equity

This PosSizer presents another take on
"trading market's money"
: the total account equity is divided into two parts, a "timid" part and a "bold" part. You take smaller risk on your "timid" equity and larger risk with your "bold" equity. You're prepared for deeper drawdowns of your "bold" equity, but you can tolerate only small drawdowns of your "timid" equity.
The PosSizer's options allow to:
select a percent of equity to use as the initial trade,
select a percentage to increase trade size (default: 100%) when risking "market's money",
specify an equity increase (in %) when to sweep all of the "bold" equity into the "timid" equity.
