Here goes the original description:
This indicator follows a simple definition for trends.
Trend goes up if there are higher highs and higher lows. Trend goes down if there are lower highs and lower lows.
The indicator simply counts the "up" bars and the "down" bars during the lookback period.
The result is scaled for a range between -100 and +100.
If there are only "up" bars during the lookback period, StoneTrend will return 100.
